Founded in 1991 at the NBMBAA’s® 13th Annual Conference and Exposition in New York, the Leaders of Tomorrow Program (LOT)® is an academic enrichment and leadership program serving high school students who demonstrate leadership potential. LOT® students are provided with the opportunity to develop leadership skills and become better students through mentoring, cultural exposure, educational experiences and curriculum that is designed to help them become successful professionals. The LOT® Program currently serves approximately 700 young adults, ages 14 – 18.
There are 32 LOT® Chapters throughout the United States and Canada, and a contingency in London.
Mentor a promising youth; share the knowledge you have acquired; put your fingerprint on the next generation of professionals through the NBMBAA Leaders of Tomorrow® program.
We are in need mentors who are available to tutor, lead workshops, chaperone students on college tours and to the NBMBAA Annual Conference, and administer scholarship programs for college-bound students. To volunteer or additional information email LOT@tampabaybmbaa.org
