It is an honor and privilege to be elected as the 2nd president of the Tampa Bay Chapter for The National Black MBA Association. I follow the path of the remarkable leader and founder that dedicated 7 self-less years of his life to the service of the Tampa Bay community.
I am very fortunate to have a dedicated executive team that welcomes the many challenges of service and that fully embrace all the incentives of The National Black MBA Association. We will work toward building on the outstanding accomplishments of my predecessor and continue to provide Wealth Education, Youth Mentoring, Professional Networking, Professional Mentoring, Local Partnerships, and Community Services.
Membership of our organization includes professionals and entrepreneurs in 44 chapters throughout the United States and Canada. Although an MBA is not required to join the organization, 65% hold MBA degrees.
It is the goal of the organization to be the premier business organization for black professionals by 2015 while creating intellectual and economic wealth in the Tampa Bay community.
